A message from our Chapter President

Dear Maryland AAHAM Members,

After much consideration, Maryland AAHAM has decided to postpone our May 2021 Annual Institute in Ocean City. While we were optimistic that we could safely hold our conference by May, the vaccination rollout and feedback from our membership suggests that we would not be able to conduct a safe and successful conference by that time.

We will continue to monitor COVID benchmarks and poll our members for feedback to determine when it is safe for us to meet again in person. In the meantime, our board is working diligently to bring more opportunities for education and networking as we continue in a virtual setting. Our goal for 2021 is to ensure that there is opportunity to network with other professionals who are experiencing the same challenges that we are and be provided with mechanisms for discussing how to overcome these challenges together.

The Maryland Chapter of AAHAM is dedicated to upholding over 49 years of an outstanding reputation dedicated to continuing education in Revenue Cycle. Thank you for your continued support of Maryland AAHAM, and we cannot wait to see everyone in person as soon as it is safe to do so.

Best Regards,

Kayla F. D'Agostino
